For these reasons, the Court holds that Teal's Express has been fraudulently joined and thus complete diversity exists in the present action. The Court also finds that def endants have sufficiently alleged that the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000.00. Plaintiff's motion to remand the action to state court is therefore denied. For these reasons, the Court holds that Teal's Express has been fraudulently joined and thus complete diversity exists in the present action. The Court also finds that def endants have sufficiently alleged that the amount in controversy exceeds $75,000.00. Plaintiff's motion to remand the action to state court is therefore denied.
