January 15, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 14 MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER dated 1/14/16 that Neither the Amended Complaint nor the original Complaint provides a valid basis for this Court to exercise jurisdiction. Accordingly, the action is hereby dismissed with prejudice. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. November 25, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 11 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER dated 11/25/15 granting plaintiff's 5 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis for purpose of this order. Plaintiffs complaint is dismissed without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from the date of this Order in which to file an amended complaint in order to assert a basis for jurisdiction pursuant to 28:1332. No summons shall issue at this time. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
