ORDER granting in part and denying in part 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 is gran ted.
