Because we remand on the basis that the ALJ did not support his opinion with subst antial evidence and improperly substituted his opinion for medical experts, we need not reach Chyats additional arguments. On remand, the ALJ should pay particular attention to the timing of Chyats symptoms relative to his date last insured. Ordered by Judge Frederic Block on 9/28/2017.
