Plaintiff is granted 30 days to file an amended complaint consistent with the Court's ruling in this Memorandum and Order. Because the Complaint is dismissed, the Court denies Plaintiff 's 5 request to appoint counsel to represent her. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
