Filing 4 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the above-captioned complaints are dismissed, without prejudice to the pending litigation in Meyers v. Health & Hospitals Corp., No. 14-CV-7448. Meyers is warned that the future filing of vexatious a nd frivolous litigation may result in sanctions, including a filing injunction. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore IFP status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v.
