August 9, 2016	Filing 11 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: The Court grants Schweitzers request to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 for the purpose of this Order. The complaint, filed in forma pauperis, is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1 915(e)(2)(B)(ii) for failure to state a claim and amendment would be futile. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Memorandum and Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperi s status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment, mail a copy of this Order and the accompanying Judgment to Schweitzer at the address listed for him on the docket, note the mailing on the docket, and close the case .
