MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Core and Bassignani's joint motion for summary judgment. The FMLA, ADA perceived disability, and NYCHRL claims may proceed to trial. The Cour t finds summary judgment in favor of Core and Bassignani with respect to the ADA actual disability claims. The Court also respectfully DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to amend the caption as reflected in this Memorandum and Order. The Court further ORDERS the parties to submit a joint pretrial order no later than April 25, 2018. The Court respectfully REFERS the proposed order to the Honorable James Orenstein,United States Magistrate Judge, for review. Ordered by Judge Carol Bagley Amon on 3/28/2018. (Fernandez, Erica)
