ORDER granting in part and denying in part 83 motion to dismiss. For the reasons set forth in the attached order, defendants' motion to dismiss the amended complaint for insufficient service of process is denied, as is Shanghai Shenzhuang 9;s motion to dismiss based on the absence of personal jurisdiction. The motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim is granted as to Ge Li and denied as to Shanghai Shenzhuang. Plaintiffs' request for leave to amend the complaint is denied without prejudice.
