Filing 6 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Plaintiffs request to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 is granted. For the foregoing reasons, the complaint is dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted pursuant to 28 U.S .C. § 1915A(b)(l). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). (See attachment for details). Ordered by Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall on 8/1/2016. (Basnight, Jasmine) |
