Filing 6 MEMORANDUM & ORDER [DISMISSING CASE AS FRIVOLOUS]: Plaintiff's 4 requests to proceed in forma pauperis, filed 4/8/2016, 6/17/2016 and 7/25/2016 are granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 solely for the purpose of this Mem orandum and Order. Accordingly, the Court dismisses these complaints as frivolous, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i). Plaintiff is hereby notified that if he makes any further frivolous filings, the Court may direct Plaintiff to s how cause why an order barring him from filing any future in forma pauperis actions without first obtaining leave of Court should not be entered. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. SO ORDERED by Judge Margo K. Brodie, on 8/24/2016. C/mailed. (Forwarded for Judgment.) (Latka-Mucha, Wieslawa) |
