MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER: The Section 1983 claim for violations of due process are dismissed, and the plaintiffs state law landlord-tenant claims are dismissed without prejudice as to their assertion in state court. However, the plaintiff is granted leave to amend her complaint within 30 days of this order, in order to allege a violation of the Fair Housing Act. Ordered by Judge Ann M. Donnelly on 8/2/2016.
