Filing 4 MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Plaintiff's 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is granted. Plaintiff's claims against Richard Brown, Patricia Theodorou and Sean Beaton are dismissed. Plaintif f's claims for false arrest against the Police Defendants are dismissed to the extent he seeks recovery for the period of his detention, except for that portion of the claim that seeks recovery from the time he was stopped until t he time he sped away. As to that portion of his claim against the Police Defendants, plaintiff shall show cause within 20 days why it should not be dismissed as time-barred. So Ordered by Judge Brian M. Cogan on 8/5/2016.
