For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, the Court certifies the proposed settlement class and finds the terms of the Settlement Agreement to be fair, reasonabl e, and adequate. Accordingly, the Motion for Final Approval of the Settlement is GRANTED. Class counsel is awarded attorney's fees and costs in the total amount of $450,000, to be paid by Defendant and apportioned fairly among class counsel.
