ORDER: The Court directs that Plaintiff's motion for default judgment against Defendants is granted in the amount of $10,000 for violations of NYLL §§ 195(1) and 195(3), $4,352.64 for unpaid overtime under NYLL, and $4,3 52.64 for liquidated damages under NYLL. The damages total is $18,705.28, along with prejudgment interest, starting from April 1, 2015, which will be determined by the Clerk of Court. Plaintiff may file a claim for costs and attorney's fees within fourteen (14) days of this Order. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 11/20/2017. (Rediker, Ezekiel)
