Filing 148 ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum & Order, Wells Fargo's motion for summary judgment declaring that Wells Fargo is entitled to the Policy proceeds is granted. Inzlicht-Sprei's motion for summary judgment declaring that he is entitled to the Policy proceeds is denied. Inzlicht-Sprei's motion for summary judgment as to LSH CO's breach of contract/indemnification claim is denied as moot. LSH CO's motion for summary judgment as to Inzlicht-Sprei& #039;s cross-claim for aiding and abetting a breach of fiduciary duty by the Trustee is granted.
