MEMORANDUM & ORDER denying 37 Motion to Disqualify Counsel. Defendants/third-party defendants Superworld Express Corp. and Shiu Leung move to disqualify plaintiffs counsel, John Troy, Esq. and Troy Law, PLLC, from providing further legal represent ation to plaintiffs in this action. I conducted a hearing on May 31, 2017, after which the parties filed supplemental submissions. For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, the motion is denied.
