The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter a judgment in Plaintiff's favor in the amount of $3400.83 in unpaid principal, $596.15 in accrued interest, an additional $0.25 in interest for each day after December 27, 2016 until judgment is entered, $76.98 in costs, and post-judgment interest calculated pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
