Filing 54 ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached Decision and Order, the Court grants in part and denies in part 43 Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court finds that Defendants are entitled to summary judgment as to the permanent los s of use and 90/180-day categories of serious injury. Summary judgment is denied for the significant limitation and permanent consequential limitation categories, and is denied with respect to causation. The case will proceed to trial as to the rem aining claims. The parties are directed to file a Proposed Joint Pretrial Order by January 30, 2021. The parties are directed to Judge Kuo's individual rules for further guidance on the Proposed Pretrial Order. If the parties would like to schedule a settlement conference, they should jointly propose, by December 16, 2020, mutually agreeable dates for the Court's consideration.
