MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: All of Plaintiffs claims against Defendants are dismissed. Plaintiffs claims alleging violations of procedural due process based on post-removal proceedings and substantive due process are dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). Plaintiff is granted 30 days to file an amended complaint in accordance with this Memorandum and Order. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (a)(3) that a ny appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. (Copy of this Order and the attached copies of all unpublished decisions cited herein sent to pro se Plaintiff.). Ordered by Judge Margo K. Brodie on 1/24/2017. (Ramesar, Thameera)
