Filing 7 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: All of Plaintiffs claims against Defendants are dismissed. Plaintiffs claims alleging violations of procedural due process based on post-removal proceedings and substantive due process are dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). Plaintiff is granted 30 days to file an amended complaint in accordance with this Memorandum and Order. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (a)(3) that a ny appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
