The Court hereby ORDERS the parties to proceed to a final, pre-trial settlement conference before Ma gistrate Judge James Orenstein. Within one week of said conference, the parties shall inform the Court whether they have settled this action or, alternatively, intend to proceed to trial. If the latter, the parties shall jointly submit proposed trial dates after June 1, 2020, and indicate whether they will consent to trial before a magistrate judge. Ordered by Judge Kiyo A.
