Filing 77 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Based on the foregoing, default judgment shall be entered against Chang Lung for violations under the FLSA and NYLL, and Plaintiff shall be awarded damages in the total sum of $34,391.82, plus post-judgment interest. Plaint iff is directed to serve this Memorandum and Order on Chang Lung forthwith and file proof of service in the docket by April 14, 2020.
