January 25, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 5 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth above, the complaint is dismissed for failure to state a claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). In light of Plaintiffs prose status, the court grants thirty (30) days leave to amend the compl aint in order to state a claim under Title I of the ADA. Plaintiff is reminded that an amended complaint completely replaces the original complaint. The amended complaint must be captioned, "Amended Complaint," and shall bear the same docke t number as this order. No summons shall issue at this time, and all further proceedings shall be stayed for thirty (30) days. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days, judgment shall enter. The court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauper is status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). Re 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Ordered by Judge William F. Kuntz, II on 1/25/2017. (Rodriguez, Lori)
