MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Dorcil's request to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 is granted for purposes of this Order. Dorcil's complaint is dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be grante d. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment dismissing the action. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith. Therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Memorandum and Order with the accompanying Judgment to Dorcil and note the mailing on the docket. Ordered by Judge Roslynn R.
