MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: The BOP correctly determined that only the period of Jamess pretrial detention since October 15, 2013, can be credited towards his sentence. Accordingly, the petition for a writ of habeas corpus is denied. The motion to appoint counsel is denied as moot.
