Filing 20 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: The parties have filed no objections to Magistrate Judge Bloom's Report and Recommendation recommending that the action be dismissed for Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Court's orders a nd for Plaintiff's abandonment of this action. The Court has reviewed the record and the Report and Recommendation for clear error, and, finding none, hereby adopts Magistrate Judge Bloom's Report and Recommendation 19 as the opinion of t his Court. Accordingly, the case is dismissed. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in accordance with this Order and close the case.
