July 31, 2018 Opinion or Order ORDER. In a Memorandum and Order #25 dated June 27, 2018, the court granted defendants' motion to dismiss. Plaintiff was granted leave to file a second amended complaint within thirty days of the date of that Memorandum and Order to plead facts in support of equitable tolling. Plaintiff was warned that if he failed to timely file a second amended complaint, the complaint would be dismissed for the reasons stated in the court's Memorandum and Order #25 . More than thirty days have passed, and plaintiff has not filed a second amended complaint. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed for the reasons stated in the court's June 27, 2018 Memorandum and Order #25 . The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment and close the case.
