Filing 4 MEMORANDUM & ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiff's 2 request to proceed in forma pauperis for the purpose of this Memorandum and Order. The Court dismisses Plaintiff's claims against the individual Defendants. The Court dism isses Plaintiff's Title VII claim for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). The Court grants Plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint against University Towers within 30 days of the date of this Memorandum and Order. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
