Filing 31 ORDER granting 28 Motion for Summary Judgment --- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted as to Plaintiff's federal law claims, and the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims, which are dismissed, without prejudice. The claims against Castillo are dismissed with prejudice for failure to prosecute. Accordingly, this action is dismissed in its entirety. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 3/31/2020. (Irizarry, Dora) |
