Filing 29 MEMORANDUM & ORDER, For the reasons set forth above. Defendants' 24 motion to dismiss is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The motion is granted with respect to the following claims, which are dismissed: Plaintiff's Title VII and PDA d iscrimination claims; Plaintiff's constructive discharge claim; Plaintiff's Title VII hostile work environment claim; and Plaintiff's Title VII retaliation claim.
