October 18, 2017	Filing 7 ORDER granting 5 . The Court concludes that there exists good cause to permit discovery prior to the Rule 26(f) conference, and therefore grants 5 plaintiffs motion. Rule 45 subpoenas may issue as provided in the Order. In conformance with 47 U .S.C. § 551(c)(2)(B), this Order authorizes the ISPs to release only the true name, address, and email address for each subscriber associated with the twelve IP addresses listed in Exhibit A of 1 the Complaint.
