April 13, 2018	Filing 7 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached order, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(h)(3), the Court DISMISSES Plaintiff's complaint without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiff may pursue his state law claims in the appropriate state court. Further, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis for the limited purpose of this order; however, the Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that an appeal would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is DENIED for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. U.S., 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment and close this case. Ordered by Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall on 4/13/2018. (Valentin, Winnethka)
