September 28, 2018	Filing 17 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN SUMMARY ORDER, and upon due consideration, Petitioner's objection to the Report and Recommendation ("R & R") issued by the Hon. Ramon E. Rey es, Jr., U.S.M.J., on August 9, 2018 is overruled and the R & R is adopted in its entirety. Accordingly, Petitioner's motion for default judgment is granted and Petitioner is awarded $4,526.62, plus $781.76 in interest as of August 9, 2018 (the date of the R & R), and an additional $1,030.00 in attorneys' fees and costs. Respondent also is liable for any additional amount owed in prejudgment interest that accrued from August 9, 2018, until the entry of judgment, along with postjudgment interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961. Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this Electronic Order and the Attached Written Summary Order to Defendant within 5 days of the date of this Order and immediately thereafter file proof of such service with the Court. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of plaintiff and to close this case. SO ORDERED by Chief Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 9/28/2018. (Irizarry, Dora)
