Filing 58 ORDER: On February 22, 2022, the Honorable Robert M. Levy, U.S.M.J., issued a report and recommendation ("R&R"), recommending that Plaintiff's 53 Motion for Attorneys Fees and Judgement of Foreclosure and Sale be granted in part and denied in part. (Dkt. 55.) No objections have been filed, and the time to do so has passed. Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b)(2). The Court therefore reviews the R&R for clear error. Glob. Auto, Inc. v. Hitrinov, No. 13-CV-2479 (PKC) (RER), 2022 WL 5 93613, at *3 (E.D.N.Y. Feb. 28, 2022). The Court has reviewed Judge Levy's thorough and well-reasoned R&R, found no clear error, and thus adopts the R&R in its entirety. Accordingly, and as stated in the attached Judgement, Plaintiff is awarde d $19,899 in attorney's fees and $1,458 in costs, for a total of $21,357. Additionally, the request for a Judgement of Foreclosure and Sale is granted. The requested Judgement of Foreclosure and Sale is attached. Consistent with the attached Judgement, the Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to amend the caption of this case as outlined in the Judgment. This case remains closed.
