MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER: I dismiss the plaintiffs §1981 claim without prejudice, and decline to exercise jurisdiction over the plaintiff's remaining state law claims. The Court grants the plaintiff leave to file an amended complaint within 30 days from the entry of this Order. If the plaintiff does not file an amended complaint, this case will be closed.
