MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER dated 10/27/17 that this case is remanded to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Kings County. Although defendants paid the filing fee to remove this case, should they seek to appeal, the Court certifies pursuant to 28:1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal.
