Filing 32 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS, For the foregoing reasons, upon de novo review, the Court finds Magistrate Judge Scanlon's R&R to be correct, well-reasoned and free of reversible error. The Court, therefore, adopts the R&R in its ent irety, supplemented by this Memorandum & Order, as the opinion ofthe Court. BIG Ill's Rule 12(b)(2) motion and defendants' Rule 12(b)(6) motion are granted, and plaintiffs remaining claim in this action is dismissed with prejudice.
