ORDER. Plaintiff is ordered to file a detailed response to defendant's #10 letter by 2/12/2018. The Court will hear both the Initial Status and Premotion Conferences at the conference already set for 2/14/2018 at 10:45 am in Courtroom 8D South. The Court notes that defendant's letter is ambiguous as to whether defendant is arguing that plaintiff has failed to plead the basis for personal jurisdiction, or whether there is no basis for personal jurisdiction. If it is the former, the argument fails because there is no obligation to plead the basis for personal jurisdiction under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
