ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, the Court grants 35 Defendants' motion to compel arbitration. Any further proceedings are stayed pending the conclusion of the arbitration proceedings. See Katz v. Cellco Pship, 794 F.3d 341, 343 (2d Cir. 2015) (holding that the FAA "requires a stay of proceedings when all claims are referred to arbitration and a stay [is] requested").
