Filing 72 ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached Memorandum and Order, Defendants' motions to dismiss are granted with respect to Plaintiff's Title VII, § 1981, and § 1983 claims, which are dismissed with prejudice. Because the Cour t declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's remaining state law claims, those are dismissed without prejudice to renew in state court. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment consistent with this Order, and terminate this action. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 9/18/2019. (Brodziak, Maya) |
