October 26, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 3 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached document, the government's request for a non-disclosure order is denied without prejudice to renewal upon a showing of facts sufficient both to establish the need for secrecy and th e proposed duration of the order.
