Filing 64 ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached, the Court grants summary judgment to Defendant and dismisses this action. The Court additionally grants Defendant's request for an award of attorneys' fees against Plaintiff, but only in th e amount of $100. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment and close this case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Memorandum & Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
