Administrative Order 2021-4-1, dated March 20, 2021, provides that all trials will be scheduled pursuant to the Eastern District of New York's protocol for scheduling trials by order of the assigned judge after consultation with the Trial Committee and that scheduling priority will be given to criminal trials with in-custody defendants to the greatest extent possible, with consideration also given to the length of time that cases have been pending.
