Filing 49 FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW. For the reasons set forth in the attached memorandum issued pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 52, the Court finds that Plaintiff has proved by a preponderance of the evidence that Defendants Roka Jap anese Food, Inc. and Mei Lin violated the overtime and record-keeping provisions of the New York Labor Law. Plaintiff is awarded (i) $143,502.75 in unpaid wages; (ii) $143,502.75 in liquidated damages; (iii) prejudgment interest on the unpa id wages at an annual rate of 9% calculated from April 7, 2015 until the date judgment is entered; (iv) $13,227.75 in attorney's fees; and (v) $1,440.38 in litigation costs.
