February 21, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 9 TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE, The Defts shall apeear before this Court to Show Cause why a preliminary injunction, pursuant to FRCP 65, requested by the United States should not be granted. Show Cause Hearing set for 3/7/2018 at 10:00 AM in Courtroom 6C South before Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto. That a copy of this Temporary Restraining Order and OTSC, together with the Complaint, the Sullivan Declaration, the van der Velde Declaration, the Certification of the attorney for the United States, the Memorandum of Law in support of the United States' Motion for Injunctive Relief, shall be served upon Dets, on or before the 27th of February, 2018. That Defts shall serve and file any response to the application for a preliminary injunction on or before 4:00 p.m. on 3/5/2018, and that the United States shall serve and file any reply on or before 4:00 p.m., on 3/6/18.
