May 1, 2019 Opinion or Order ORDER Dismissing Parties. The court recently ordered, after plaintiffs' filed two #65 #66 notices of voluntary dismissal, the dismissal of a number of claims in this action. Mountain Candy & Cigar's claims brought against Plainfield Tobacco & Candy Co. are now in a #63 separate case (Dkt No. 19-CV-2080), and Donohue Candy & Cigar's claims brought against Consumer Product Distributors are also in a #61 separate case (Dkt. No. 19-CV-2079). As a result, the only remaining claims in this case are brought by plaintiffs Amsterdam Tobacco Co., Donohue Candy & Cigar, and Mountain Candy & Cigar, against defendant Core-Mark Midcontinent, Inc. (See Docket Order dated April 3, 2019.) As such, the court terminates from this action plaintiffs Kingston Candy & Tobacco and Sunrise Candy & Tobacco.
