MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, granting #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 USC sec. 1915 solely for the purpose of this Memorandum and Order. Accordingly, plaintiff's complaint, filed in forma pauperis, is dismissed as frivolous pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(b)(i). The court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S.438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment, to serve a copy of this order, the judgment, and an appeals packet on plaintiff at the address of record, note service on the docket, and to close the case.
