Filing 5 CLERK'S JUDGMENT that both actions are dismissed without leave to amend, See 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B); see, e.g., Ryland v. Doe, No. 16 Civ. 1265, 2016 WL 3023285, at *1 (E.D.N.Y. May 24, 2016); and that pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any in forma pauperis appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). Signed Douglas C. Palmer, Clerk of Court by Jalitza Poveda, Deputy Clerk on 8/16/2018. Filing 4 ORDER DISMISSING CASE AS FRIVOLOUS, The above-captioned actions are consolidated for the purpose of this memorandum and order. Plaintiff's requests to proceed in forma pauperis are granted and for the reasons discussed below, the complaints are dismissed as frivolous, see 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B), and for failure to conform to Rule 8(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Nothing suggests that these defects could be cured by amendment; therefore, both frivolous actions are dismissed without leave to amend. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B); see, e.g., Ryland v. Doe, No. 16 Civ. 1265, 2016 WL 3023285, at *1 (E.D.N.Y. May 24, 2016). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any in forma pauperis appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). So Ordered by Judge Brian M. Cogan on 8/15/2018. (c/m; fwd'd for jgm) Associated Cases: 1:18-cv-04583-BMC-LB, 1:18-cv-04584-BMC-LB (Lee, Tiffeny) |
