October 12, 2018 Filing 11 Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo. Initial Conference held on 10/11/2018. Attorney Antonia Kousoulas appeared on behalf of plaintiff. Attorney Katerina Evangelia Souliopoulos appeared on behalf of defendants. Plaintiff's counsel indicated that there are two other related lawsuits. One of them is 1:17-cv-4016-ILG-PK Healy v. Board of Education Retriement System of the City of New York et. al. in which the parties have certified the close of discovery and defendant has filed a motion for summary judgment. The other case is currently pending in state court. The attached Scheduling Order was entered setting deadlines for discovery and other pretrial proceedings. A settlement conference will be held on January 16, 2019 at 2:00 pm in Courtroom 11C South, before Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo. Plaintiff must be present. A representative of the defendants with complete settlement authority (other than counsel) must be present or available by phone. The parties were directed to submit confidential settlement statements to Chambers via email to Kuo_Chambers@nyed.uscourts.gov by January 8, 2019.
