Garaufis, so counsel may be heard, why an order should not be entered pursuant to Rule 65 of the FRCP for a preliminary injunction to prevent a stockholders' vote on Proposal 4 in Richardson Electronics, Ltd. proxy statement furnished on August 24,2018 for the October 9, 2018 stockholders' annual meeting ("2018 Proxy Statement") until the information required by SEC Schedule 14A, 17 C.F.R. 240.14a-101 (Item 10(a)(1) and 10(b)(2)(i)) is correctly provided to stockholders; and it is further ORDERED that, deft will serve and file its opposition papers by 5:00 p.m., 9/13/18 and pltff will serve and file her reply papers by 5:00 p.m., on 9/20/18 and it is further ORDERED that counsel for defendant shall file a proper Notice of Appearance with the Court immediately upon accepting this matter and otherwise comply with the Court's ECF requirements; and it is further ORDERED that personal service of a copy of this order, annexed declaration, memorandum of law and the summons and complaint in this action upon the registered agent for Richardson Electronics, Ltd.: 40W267 Keslinger Road, P.O.
